Bookings & Appointments

• All appointments must be booked in advance online or by phone.
• A confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email once your booking is approved.
• Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

Payments

• We accept cash, mobile money (MTN MoMo), and card payments.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are subject to change. Current prices are displayed on our website and in-studio.

Health & Safety

• Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before your service.
• We reserve the right to decline a service if we believe it may cause harm.
• All tools and equipment are sanitised between clients.

Children

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. For safety reasons, we ask that children remain seated during services.
